About
One Castle Group’s President, Edwardo Xavier Castillo, brings a wide range of executive, political, policy, oversight and communications expertise and experience from his time working in Government. Edwardo began his career in National Security and held several positions in executive leadership until he left government service and formed One Castle Group in 2021.
Since then, Edwardo has successfully advised and represented his clients on a wide array of issues and initiatives before the Executive Branch. Edwardo has built a reputation as a conscientious and resourceful utility player with the ability to tackle nearly any issue facing his clients. He leverages his background in managing a diverse set of issues and responsibilities and combines that with his vast network of relationships to further his clients’ interests.
During his 21-year career in Government, Edwardo demonstrated his versatility by achieving successes in not only the policy and executive arena, but also in prominent initiatives. Edwardo’s tenure in Homeland Security included holding a senior staff position for over 10 years on the Headquarters Staff for the U.S. Border Patrol.
In his role, Edwardo was assigned to the Office of the Chief to provide procedural, operational, legislative, and congressional engagement guidance to the USBP Headquarters Executive Staff and the primary advocate for the U.S. Border Patrol and all twenty Border Patrol Sectors nationwide within Headquarters. Throughout his career in the U.S. Border Patrol, Chief Castillo served in numerous assignments and duties in the field and at Headquarters and participated in several Department level operational initiatives through several Administrations.
